Committed

Committed employees provide long-term success for all parties.

By providing our employees the best conditions, a good working environment and a stimulating workplace, we want to create commitment to enable both the bank's and our customers' long-term success. At Norion Bank, different professional groups work closely together in a ever-changing environment where a strong forward-thinking spirit resides. Attracting the best employees is a prerequisite for delivering sustainable growth and continuing to develop our business. Therefore, we aim to be an attractive employer that offers an edifying workplace for all employees.

The bank's ability to support its customers is dependent on a continuous development of capacity and knowledge within the bank's every function. In order to realize our ambition to contribute to the sustainability transition, we invest in our employees by offering internal and external training so that the company's competence in sustainability is ensured. We want to create a setting for our employees to feel ownership and responsibility in their roles, to take sustainability aspects into account through all the bank's processes.

Our aim is to be as attractive a workplace as possible, where inclusion and diversity are a given. We are convinced that our business is conducted at its best when all employees feel good and contribute by using their unique experiences. Therefore, working environment and health is a strategic issue that we have policies regarding, measure and work systematically with.

As part of providing conditions for our employees to take sustainability aspects into account, Norion Bank has chosen to have all employees complete a Certification for Sustainability in the financial industry. In this way, we ensure the employees' competence in sustainability.

We have chosen to cooperate with IMR as a health partner through which the employees receive individual health advice. IMR measures and works based on five evidence-based key figures for sustainable employees: physical activity, general health, pain, stress and work ability. The bank has good results in all categories, and roughly 80 of the employees estimate that they have a very good working ability.

One of Sweden's best workplaces

To measure how Norion Bank's employees experience their workplace, we use the key figure eNPS, Employee Net Promoter Score. Companies receive a score between -100 to +100 based on how likely employees are to recommend the company to friends or acquaintances. Results above +50 are generally considered excellent.

According to employee surveys, our eNPS in 2023 amounted to +57, which indicates that Norion Bank is among the best workplaces in Sweden. We want to remain at this high level of employee satisfaction and have set an ambitious goal of annually receiving a result of +50. We aim to achieve this through a continued focus on our employees’ contentment, motivation and well-being.
