According to the Articles of Association, Norion Bank shall have one or two auditors, with a maximum of two alternates, or a registered accounting firm as auditor. The term of the auditor shall be until the end of the Annual General Meeting held in the first, second, third or fourth fiscal year following the year in which the auditor was elected.  

The 2023 Annual General Meeting of Norion Bank resolved to re-elect the accounting firm Ernst & Young AB as auditor. The auditor in charge is Daniel Eriksson.
